Most international dental clinic websites read the same way: "best clinic, world-class technology, premium materials, dedicated coordinator." None of those phrases describe a real clinical philosophy.

We chose to describe ours instead, including what we do not do.

İnci Diş is an Istanbul dental clinic for international patients. Our approach is doctor-led, not package-led. A named clinician reviews your case before a quote is issued. The implant brand, the bridge material, and the inclusions are all written down. Aftercare is a documented protocol, not a WhatsApp promise.

Five things we do differently

1. Every plan is reviewed by a named clinician before quote

You do not get a price from a sales coordinator. You get a plan from a doctor, written, in EUR, with the implant brand and prosthetic material named.

That single fact removes most of the surprises that the "Turkey teeth" stories describe. Patients who arrive with a doctor-reviewed plan don't get redesigned on the chair.

2. We tell you what we will not do

This is the most underused trust signal in dental tourism. Concretely:

• We will not place crowns on healthy teeth that do not need them.
• We will not extract restorable teeth to fit a shorter trip.
• We will not promise a permanent full-arch result in four days.
• We will not quote without a CBCT review.
• We will not switch the implant brand mid-treatment without telling you in writing.

These are not slogans. They are the lines we declined to cross before publishing them.

3. Pricing is itemised, in EUR, valid 60 days

Every plan lists each procedure with its EUR price, and lists every add-on (extraction, graft, sinus lift, sedation) separately. Your quote does not move if the lira moves. Your quote is valid for 60 days from issue.

4. Aftercare is a documented protocol

Before you fly home you receive:

• An implant passport: brand, model, diameter, length, and lot numbers for every implant.
• Your CBCT and intraoral scan files on USB and cloud.
• A written treatment summary in your preferred language (EN / FR / RO / RU / TR).
• A bridge letter to your home dentist.
• A scheduled remote check-in calendar: week 1, week 4, month 3, month 6, year 1.
• Warranty terms in writing.

We treat dentistry as a long-term decision, not a single-trip transaction:

• The right plan is the most conservative plan that solves the problem.
• The right implant brand is the one that fits the case, not the cheapest one available.
• The right number of implants is the number indicated by the CBCT and the bite: not the number that maximises revenue.
• The right prosthesis material is the one that survives your bite for the longest reasonable time: not the one that photographs best in the studio.
• The right aftercare is the one you can actually do at home, with a local hygienist and your own dentist informed.

How we are regulated

İnci Diş is licensed under the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Health (Sağlık Bakanlığı). Our clinicians are registered with the Turkish Dental Association (TDA / TDB). Sterilisation, materials traceability, and lot-tracking follow ISO-aligned protocols. Our laboratory work is performed by certified labs we have audited.
